Absolutely terrible service and attitudes from the staff! No costumer service what so ever. The lady at the window was already rude form the start and then when the tea didn’t taste right and I tried giving it back and she shooed me away saying we can’t take back your drink and rolled her eyes. I was very kind about the situation and suggested another drink and then she acted like she didn’t hear me and walked away. She barely acknowledged my existence and was not apologetic at all. Don’t come here unless you want incompetent people who are rude.

Stopped by to get something quick and the workers were the rudest workers we have ever seen. A girl at the window was cussing at the other workers about them not doing anything right and when we gave a drink back because they messed it up, she held her hand in our faces and said “No, we aren’t taking that back”. Don’t come here unless you want to deal with ignorance and rudeness.

Ordered through the app to get table service. She looked entitled and refused to do her job to bring me the food. I ordered specifically to the table I was at. She called my table number looking straight at me. I waited. She proceeded to call my table number again, looking at me, refusing to budge because she does not want to do her job. She feels that she is entitled and I should come and get it instead. I’m not the only person she did this too. Why do you have the app with the option for table service if your employees refuse to cooperate and do their job? The place was empty other than one other guy sitting at the table. It was definitely not busy and there was no reason to act like she did. In the picture you can see her eyes are closed from boredom and ignoring everything around her!

I'm currently at this location and all I wanted was a coffee. I waited 15 minutes. And they weren't busy. They seem to be more focused on drive through the customers that wants to come in and enjoy their meal. Below is a picture of my coffee and it's the saddest looking coffee I've ever gotten from McDonald's. I will be sure to avoid this location from here on out I will never stop at this McDonald's again. I'll take one of the other five in Wilmington. I honestly even go out of my way to avoid this McDonald's.

My review WAS SO BAD for this location, the owner must have removed COMMENTS & PHOTOS.. Nasty Location, Rude Management {Bo}, does not honor promotional items. Never got a response back from McDonald's. Maybe McDonalds Corp needs to take this Location back over also. Keep removing the people's reviews, the people will keep posting.. Even sent an Email. My Orignal review was Dec 2nd and was removed... how ironic, hiding something are we...🤣
